ROCHESTER — Nazareth College freshman Nate Bowers set an 8K personal record at the Highlander Invitational at Houghton College.

The Owego grad clocked 36:37.7 to place 17th overall.

Nazareth heads to Oberlin, Ohio for the Inter-Regional Rumble Saturday.
