SECTION IV BOYS BOWLING: OWEGO WINS CLASS B CHAMPIONSHIP (February 21, 2026)

VESTAL — Evan O’Hara rolled a 709 series and Connor Kotski added a 676 to lead Owego to the team title at the Section IV Class B Boys Bowling Championships held at Midway Lanes here Saturday.
The River Hawks posted games of 978, 872 and 965 to finish with a 2815 series. That was 34 pins higher than runner-up Johnson City’s 2781 and 50 pins better than third-place Waverly’s 2765. Maine-Endwell took fourth with a 2686 and Vestal was fifth at 2164.
O’Hara won the high series award with a 709. He opened the tournament with a 225, then shot 215. He saved his best game, a 269, for last.
Kotski took home the high game honor with a 248, which he recorded in his first game. He added games of 204 and 224 for a 676 series.
Grayson Quick rolled games of 199, 167 and 150 for a 516 series. Scott Reigle recorded 137, 156 and 181 for a 474 series, and Ari Lemmon had a 169, 130 and 141 for a 440 series.
Next up for Owego is the state qualifier on Friday at Valley Bowling Center in Waverly.
