STAC BOYS SWIMMING: ALLEN PACES OWEGO'S EFFORTS AT WOLVERINE INVITATIONAL (January 10, 2026)

WAVERLY — Magavin Allen reached the podium in two events to pace Owego's efforts here Saturday at the Wolverine Swimming & Diving Invitational.

Allen placed fourth in the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:12.56.

Allen teamed with seniors Javan Belokur and Vincent Kneller and junior Stephen Gilmore teamed to finish sixth in the 200-yard medley relay in a time of 2:01.22. The same foursome was seventh in the 200-yard freestyle really in a time of 1:44.86.

Belokur finished eighth in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 2:06.12. He also placed ninth in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 6:01.12.

Sophomore Padraig Allen finished 16th in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:17.43, and Kneller was 16th in the 100-yard breaststroke in a mite of 1:20.42.

Corning won the team title with 398 points, while Ithaca was second with 326, Vestal was third with 268.5 points, Horseheads was fourth with 266 points, and U-E was fifth with 211 points. Owego was eighth in the 11-team field with 102 points.
