Sophia Palladino — won the program's first-ever ECAC Championship here at FDU-Florham University.
The top-seeded Hawks swept Keene State in the semifinals, and beat second-seeded New Jersey City University in four sets in the title match.
Hartwick wraps up the season with a 23-11 record. Hornick and Swartz — both seniors, finish off their collegiate careers, and Palladino, a junior, has one more year to play.
1-Hartwick 3, 4-Keene State
Hartwick swept Keene State by scores of 25-15, 25-21, and 25-19.
Swartz led the Hawks with 12 service points, including three aces, eight kills, two blocks, 13 digs, and one assist, while Hornick had six points (one ace), five kills, 25 setter assists, and 12 digs, and Palladino added 3.5 points, three kills, one block, one assist, and one dig.

Hawtwick dropped the first set 28-26, but bounced back with wins of 25-21, 25-15, and 25-22 to win the ECAC title.
Hornick led Hartwick with four points, including three aces, 42 assists, one kill, and 20 digs, while Swartz had 22.5 points (one aces), 21 kills, one block, one assist, and nine digs, and Palladino added eight points (one ace), seven kills, and 11 digs.
On the season, Hornick, who missed 10 matches with an injury, played in 86 sets. She had 831 setter assists, 216 digs, 99.5 points, including 34 aces, 55 kills, and 21 blocks.
For her career, Hornick recorded 2,883 assists, 784 digs, 350.5 points, including 146 aces, 168 kills, and 71 blocks in 92 career matches and 323 sets.
On the season, Swartz played in 125 sets. She had 444 points, including 34 aces, 379 kills, 55 blocks, 309 digs, and 33 assists.
For her career, Swartz finished with 1,089 points, including 103 aces, 883 kills, 185 blocks, 697 digs, and 85 assists in 105 matches and 375 sets.
On the season, Palladino set career-highs by playing in 33 matches and 120 sets. She also had career-bests with 270.5 points, including 38 aces, 221 kills, 20 blocks, 268 digs, and 21 setter assists.
