NEW YORK STATE DIVING: OWEGO'S YOUNG FOURTH SEED AT STATE MEET (November 20, 2025)

WEBSTER, N.Y. — Owego sophomore Ayla Young will make here debut here Friday at the New York State Swimming & Diving Championships at the Webster Aquatic Center, and she'll do it as a top-5 seed.

Young is the fourth seed with a seed score of 548.5. Manhassett senior Victoria Wang is the top seed at 579.65 points.

Young won the Section IV, Class B title with an 11-dive score of 484.95 points.

She will be joined at States by Class A champ Olivia Tanton of Vestal, and Class A runner-up Mackenzie Blauvelt of Horseheads.

The diving championships is set to begin Friday at 1:30 p.m.
