COLLEGE FIELD HOCKEY: OWEGO GRAD CHEESEMAN SCORES IN REGULAR-SEASON FINALE FOR HARTWICK COLLEGE (November 10, 2025)

KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — Owego grad Lexi Cheeseman, a freshman on the Hartwick College field hockey team, scored her second goal of the season in the Hawks' regular-season finale, a 6-1 win over Keuka College.

Cheeseman's goal came late in the third quarter to give Hartwick a 4-0 lead.

Cheeseman finished the season playing in 12 of Hartwick's 16 games, including four starts. She had seven shots, all seven on-target.

Hartwick finished up its season at 11-6 after a 3-2 loss to Nazareth Wednesday in the quarterfinals of the Empire 8 Championship Tournament.
