IAC VOLLEYBALL: S-VE FINISHES SECOND IN SILVER BRACKET AT DRYDEN TOURNAMENT (2025-10-11)

DRYDEN — S-VE finished 3-3 in pool play, and went on finish second in the Silver Bracket at the Dryden Volleyball Tournament here Saturday.

S-VE swept Moravia by scores of 25-15 and 25-17, but was swept by Chenango Valley, 25-14 and 25-19. The Panthers split with Trumansburg, winning the first set 25-19, and dropping the second, 25-18.

In the Silver Bracket quarterfinals, S-VE swept Section III Onondaga by scores of 25-20 and 25-15.

In the semifinals, S-VE beat Dryden, winning the first set 25-17, and the third set, 16-14. In between, Dryden won the second set 25-16.

In the finals, S-VE won the first set, 26-24, but Delhi answered with wins of 25-23 and 15-11.
