Athens junior Connor Davidson had a record-breaking night in the Wildcats win at Towanda, while North Penn-Mansfield senior Brooke Wilcox had a week better than most people's career. They are The Sports Reports / Ziff Law Firm Regional "Athletes of the Week," for the week ending Oct. 4.

ATHENS' DAVIDSON NAMED ZIFF LAW FIRM REGIONAL BOYS "ATHLETE OF THE WEEK"
Davidson threw a school-record six TD passes in a 54-7 win over Towanda.

Davidson completed 15 of 27 passes for 260 yards, including three TD passes to senior James Friend.

Davidson tossed TD passes of 12, 52, 25, 7, 42, 11 yards.

He also led the Wildcats with 78 rushing yard on 10 carries

NP-MANSFIELD'S WILCOX NAMED ZIFF LAW FIRM REGIONAL GIRLS "ATHLETE OF THE WEEK"
Wilcox had 14 goals and two assists in leading NP-Mansfield to a 3-0 week.

On Monday, Wilcox poured in seven goals, including the 50th of her career, in a 10-0 rout of CMVT.

On Thursday, Wilcox scored both goals in NP-M's 2-0 win over Athens.

On Saturday, Wilcox scored five goals in the first half, and notched an assist in the second half of a 6-2 win over Sullivan County.
