TIOGA COUNTY — A pair of Tioga County rivalries headline a busy Thursday night of action, with S-VE hosting Candor on the volleyball hardwoods, and Waverly hosting Owego in the pool — a swim meet originally scheduled for Tuesday.

Also at home today is the Newark Valley field hockey team.
