TIOGA COUNTY — The regular seasons roll on, but the end is in sight and division titles in most every sports will be impacted by a large number of the events on this week's slate of action.

There are 36 events on the docket this week, including eight each on Monday and Tuesday, and seven on Thursday.

The following are all of the home varsity events this week, and a few of the notable road events:

MONDAY (8)
•  SVEC hosts IAC girls soccer rival Tioga at Candor High School.

•  Unbeaten Candor volleyball hosts Moravia.

•  Newark Valley hosts Groton on the girls soccer pitch.

•  Newark Valley field hockey hosts Tioga County rival Owego.

•  SVEC field hockey hosts Marathon.

•  S-VE volleyball hosts Horseheads.

TUESDAY (8)
•  The Owego girls are on the road for a division swim meet.

•  Owego volleyball hosts divisional rival Chenango Valley.

•  Newark Valley hosts the IAC Large School Divisional Cross Country meet.

•  Newark Valley volleyball hosts Dryden.

•  The Owego boys host STAC divisional rival Seton Catholic on the pitch.

WEDNESDAY (5)
•  SVEC hosts Union Springs on the girls soccer pitch at Candor High School.

•  Owego field hockey hosts Maine-Endwell.

THURSDAY (7)
•  S-VE hosts arch-rival Candor on the volleyball hardwoods.

•  Newark Valley field hockey hosts Afton-Harpursville.

FRIDAY (5)
•  Owego football hosts Windsor on the gridiron.

•  Newark Valley hosts Greene-Oxford on the gridiron.

•  SVEC football is on the road at Trumansburg.

•  Candor, S-VE and Owego will run at Newark Valley's Bob Green Cross Country Invitational.

•  SVEC field hockey hosts Windsor.

SATURDAY (3)
•  The Owego girls host Norwich on the soccer pitch.
