COLLEGE FOOTBALL: OWEGO GRADS BIDWELL, BUCHSBAUM CONTRIBUTE IN ALFRED'S WIN OVER HOBART COLLEGE (2025-09-09)

Steven Bidwell and freshman
Jack Buchsbaum — contributed in Alfred University's season-opening, 28-23, win over Hobart College.
Bidwell rushed for 38 yards on 10 carries, including a long run of nine yards. He also had one catch for minus-1 yard.
Buchsbaum had three catches for 38 yards, including a 19-yard reception.
Alfred built a 28-10 lead with a TD in the opening minutes of the fourth quarter.
Owego grad
Adam Arhbal is a freshman kicker for the Saxons, but did not play.
Alfred returns to action Saturday when it hosts Ithaca College.
