TIOGA COUNTY — Plenty of action to start a very busy week, with SVEC boys soccer and field hockey, and Newark Valley field hockey and volleyball all at home.

BOYS SOCCER
Watkins Glen (1-2) at SVEC (2-0), 4:30 p.m.: The Eagles are coming off a 2-0 winnower Newfield Tuesday, while the Lake Hawks dropped a 3-1 decision to Notre Dame Thursday.

Newark Valley (0-2) at Tioga (0-2-1), 4:30 p.m.:  The Tigers are coming off a 2-2 tie with Newfield Friday, while the Cardinals dropped an 8-0 decision to Southern Cayuga.

GIRLS SOCCER
Owego (1-0) at Chenango Forks (1-0), 7 p.m.: The River Hawks have been off since a season-opening 5-1 win over Susquehanna Valley 10 days ago, while the Blue Devils blanked Norwich, 6-0, Saturday in its opener.

VOLLEYBALL
Lansing (1-0) at Newark Valley (0-2), 4:30 p.m.: The Cardinals are coming off a 3-0 loss to Whitney Point, while the Bobcats topped Tioga, 3-1.

FIELD HOCKEY
Tioga (0-2) at SVEC (2-1), 4:30 p.m.: The Tigers are coming off a loss to Afton-Harpursville, while the Eagles are coming off a 1-0 win over Owego.

Vestal at Newark Valley (0-2), 4:30 p.m.: The Cardinals are coming off a 7-0 loss to Deposit-Hancock.

BOYS GOLF
Owego (2-3) at Waverly (0-3), 4 p.m.: Both teams have been off since Aug. 28 when the River Hawks topped Windsor, 218-244, and the Wolverines fell at Oneonta, 226-260.
