COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL: OWEGO GRAD GEORGIA OFF TO GOOD START AT POTSDAM (2025-09-01)

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. — Owego grad Logan Georgia, a freshman on the SUNY Potsdam volleyball team, got off to a good start at the Cardinal Classic in her first collegiate season.

Potsdam went 1-2 on the weekend, dropping a five-set classic to Plattsburgh, and losing in four sets to Russell Sage, before closing out Saturday with a sweep of Delhi.

In her first match, Georgia had eight service points, six kills, two blocks, one dig and one setter assist.

In the first match Saturday, Georgia had 9.5 points, six kills, three solo blocks, and six digs.

In the finale Saturday, Georgia had 5.5 points, four kills, three blocks, and one dig.

Potsdam returns to action Wednesday when it hosts Paul Smith.
