OWEGO'S DALTON NAMED GUTHRIE COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION GIRLS "ATHLETE OF THE WEEK"Dalton scored five goals in Owego's season-opening 5-1 win over Susquehanna Valley.
OWEGO'S SNYDER NAMED GUTHRIE COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION BOYS "ATHLETE OF THE WEEK"Snyder shot a 79 to tie for eighth at DiNunzio Tournament at En Joie Country Club on Monday to start the week.
Snyder followed that up with a 40 at The Golf Club at Owego on Tuesday in the River Hawks' first win of the season. On Wednesday, he shot a 41 at the Canasawacta Country Club in Norwich.
Snyder capped his week with a 44 at the Golden Oak Golf Course Thursday.
