Plenty of postseason action on today's slate if the rainy forecast allows, with IAC and STAC conference track championships taking place, and Owego flag football hosting their semifinal matchup against Norwich.
TRACK & FIELD
IAC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Newark Valley will host the IAC Championships this week. Day one will take place today and day two will be held on Thursday, with the Cardinals, S-VE and Candor all hoping for fast times in what could be tough weather conditions.
STAC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Gavin Heath, Jaeden King, Jaelyn Chrysler, and Stella Palladino hope to lead the River Hawks with solid times today at the STAC Track & Field Championships in Vestal.
FLAG FOOTBALL
Norwich at OFA
Owego blanked Windsor in their first round matchup. The River Hawks now host the Section IV Class C Semifinal this evening against Norwich. OFA defeated Norwich earlier this year, 63-6.

IAC CHAMPIONSIPS
IAC Championships for girls' golf will be at Hillendale Golf Course in Ithaca today, with both S-VE and Candor hitting the links.
