TRUMANSBURG - Newark Valley matched up with Trumansburg for the second day in a row on Wednesday, as well as Watkins Glen in a tri-match at Trumansburg Golf Club. 

The Cardinals finished the day with a team score of 209. Trumansburg led the way with a 171, while Watkins Glen earned a 246-team total.

Trumansburg's Teo Tielens was the low medalist for the contest, going one-over par for a 37.

Bradyn Woods shot a 44 for the Cardinals. Isiah Keith and Aaron Smith both carded a pair of 54's and Oliver Ferguson shot a 57. 

In non-scoring rounds for Newark Valley, Dylan Iverson earned a 62, while Troy Blomberg finished with a 65.

Newark Valley golf moves to 3-5 both in their division and overall for the season. The Cardinals are back on the course on Thursday to play Dryden in a road match-up.
