IAC GOLF: S-VE AND CANDOR BOYS' LINK UP AT CATATONK GOLF CLUB FOR DIVISION ACTION (2025-04-22)

CANDOR - The Coyotes hit the course for the second straight day on Tuesday, defeating IAC foe S-VE, 175-192 on a beautiful day for golf.

There were five birdies on the day, all coming on the par-5 fourth hole. Candor's Noah Banks and Kody Floyd birdied the fourth, as well as S-VE's Jayden Stone, Owen Bly and John Johnston.

Candor's Banks was the low medalist Tuesday, carding a 39. Tyler Greeno was two strokes behind his teammate with a 41. Max Fey shot a 47 for the Coyotes, while Floyd rounded out Candor's scoring with a 48.

For the Panthers, Bly recorded a solid 43 on the day. Stone shot a 48, while Johnston carded a 49 for his round. S-VE's Donavin Vanderpoel earned a 52 in Tuesday's match.

For non-scoring rounds, Candor's Brennan Zimmer shot a 49 and Stanley Winnick recorded a 57. Gabe McCracken carded a 53 for the Panthers and S-VE's John Hastings shot 56.

Spencer-Van Etten travels to Odessa-Montour on Thursday for their next match, while Candor travels to O-M on April 25th.
