STAC LACROSSE: OFA GIRLS' LACROSSE ADDS ANOTHER TO THE WIN COLUMN WITH VICTORY AT HOME OVER U-E (2025-04-21)

Tioga County Sports Report
OWEGO - OFA girls' lacrosse earned a 14-6 win Monday evening over Union-Endicott, while at the same time avenging last year's sectional loss to the Tigers.
The River Hawks got off to a slow start in Monday's contest, but quickly picked up some momentum and never looked back.
"This was a great team effort. On both the offense and defensive end," said coach Ashlee Marsh.
Lexi Herceg lead the way for Owego, scoring six times for her second double hat trick of the season.
Madison McEvoy and Jenna McEvoy both recorded hat tricks, with an assist each.
Keira Henry found the net twice for OFA, while Amelia Sherman and Izzy Herceg both recorded an assist on the evening. Ashleigh Steele lead the River Hawks in ground ball control during the win collecting two.
OFA girls' lacrosse moves to 5-2 on the season and will play host to Elmira on April 24th.
