Breakout Wrestler of the Year," and Athens'

Coach of the Year."
Kolesar
finished the season with a 36-6 record that included 21 pins and nine
technical falls. Three of her losses came to Montgomery senior Emily
Murphy, who finished third in the State.
Kolesar finished second
at the District 4 Championships, and won her first Central Region
Championship, beating Murphy for the title.
Kolesar won third state medal this season. She finished seventh as a freshman, and fourth each of the last two seasons.
She has a career record of 78-18.
Allis battled injuries throughout the season, and posted a 17-7 record with 11 pins and four technical falls.
Allis
finished second at the District 4 Championships, losing to eventual
third-place state medalist Lillian Rumsey of Williamsport in the finals.
Allis
won her first two matches at Regionals to reach the semifinals, where
she was injured against Honesdale's Saige Oliver, who she beat 17-0
earlier in the season, and was forced to injury default the remainder of
the tournament. She finished sixth.
As a 7th-grader, Gullo was
10-13, with 12 of her losses coming via fall. This year, Gullo posted a
25-7 record with 20 pins and one technical fall.
Gullo won a STAC title, placed second at the Section IV Championships, and was 2-2 at States.
White
led the Wildcats, who were 2-1 in dual meets, competed in some of the
toughest tournaments in the state, and finished in the top-four at five
of the sixth, including a second-place finish at the Williamsport
Showcase, and a third-place finish at the Coal Cracker Invite.
The
Wildcats finished second at the District 4 Championships, and third at
the Central Region Championships, advancing five wrestlers to States.

Tayah Beach, junior, SVEC:
Beach won a Section IV title, and secured the program's first-ever
state medal. She posted a 30-10 record on the season, including a
15-match win streak heading into the state tournament. She had 22 pins
and six technical falls on the season.
Beach won gold medals at
the Southern Tier Memorial, IAC Championships and the Section IV
Championships. She posted a 4-2 record at States to finish fourth,
losing to the eventual second- and third-place finishers.
Hanna Rathbun, junior, Athens:
Rathbun posted a 34-6 record with 28 pins and four technical falls. She
finished third at the District 4 Championships, and third at the
Central Region Championships.
At States, she went 1-2, dropping a hard-fought, 2-0, decision, in her elimination match.
Lillie Maynard, senior, Towanda: Maynard posted an 18-7 record with nine pins and one technical fall.
She finished second at the District 4 Championships, and was second at the Central Regionals. She was 0-2 at States.
Emma Renninger, senior, Athens: Renninger posted a 26-11 record on the season, including 21 pins.
She won a District 4 title, and placed fourth at the Central Regionals to qualify for States, where she went 1-2.
Joyce Clink, sophomore, Athens:
Clink posted a 27-14 record this season. She finished fifth at the
District 4 Championships, and fourth at the Central Regionals to punch
her ticket to States, where she was 1-2.
On the season, Clink registered 21 falls and two major decisions.
Leah Nason, junior, Athens: Nason posted a 21-12 record on the season, including 20 pin falls.
She won a District 4 title, and placed third at the Central Regionals to qualify for States, where she went 1-2.
Dallas Bohling, sophomore, SVEC: Bohling posted a 29-9 record, with 23 pins and six technical falls.
She won an IAC title, and placed second at the Section IV Championships.
Chloe Owen, freshman, Horseheads: Owen posted a 26-8 record with 18 pins and seven technical falls.
She won a STAC title, was second at Section IV to punch her ticket to States, where she was 2-2.

Kyah Nelson, freshman, Tioga: Nelson
posted a dominant 25-2 record, with both losses coming to eventual
state runner-up Teagan McGuinness. Nelson pinned McGuinness in the
finals of the Windsor Lady Knight Invitational.
Nelson had 21 pins and three technical falls this season, and won a Section IV title, but did not wrestle at States.
Kali Bailey, senior, Tioga: Bailey posted a 23-9 record on the season, including 10 technical falls and nine pins.
Bailey finished second at the Section IV Championships, and was 1-2 at States.
Elona Holmes, junior, Waverly: Holmes posted a 17-9 record on the season, including 15 pin falls and two technical falls.
Holmes finished second at the Section IV Championships, and was 2-2 at the New York State Championships.
Abigail Wagner, sophomore, Athens: Wagner posted a 25-12 record on the season, including 16 pins and one technical fall.
She won a District 4 title, and placed fourth at Regionals to punch her ticket to States, where she went 0-2.
ALL-REGION SECOND TEAMAmelia Toomey, sophomore, Tioga: Toomey was 21-4 on the season with 12 pins and seven technical falls. She finished second at the Section IV Championships.
Marcy Moniz, sophomore, Tioga: Moniz
posted a 23-13 record on the season, including 20 pin falls and two
technical falls. She won an IAC title and placed third at the Section IV
Championship.
Kennadie Cochrane, freshman, Waverly:
Cochrane was 25-8 on the season, with 20 pins and three technical falls,
and finished second at the STAC Championships. She was third at the
Section IV Championships.
Emma Vanderhoof, junior, Waverly:
Vanderhoof posted a 23-9 record, with 11 pin falls and 10 technical
falls. She won a STAC title, and placed third at the Section IV
Championships.
Elisa Bly, freshman, Horseheads: Bly was 20-11 with 19 pins. She was third at STACs, and third at the Section IV Championships.
Lily Vesek, freshman, Horseheads: Vesek was 20-14 on the season, with 17 pins. She finished third at STACs.

Elizabeth Naughton, sophomore, Towanda: Naughton posted a 22-10 record with 19 pins, and was fourth at Districts.
Ava Lambert, junior, Northeast Bradford: Lambert was 26-13 on the season, with 20 pins. She was third at Districts.
RaeAnn Craft, junior, Owego: Craft,
who won a state title as a sophomore, was 10-1, with five pins and five
technical falls, before suffering a season-ending injury.
Alexa Jayne, senior, Wyalusing: Jayne was 21-15 on the season, with 19 pins. She placed fifth at the District 4 Championships, and was a Regional qualifier.
Keegan Rhodes, 8th-grader, Corning: Rhodes posted a 21-10 record. She finished third at STACs, second at the Section IV Championships, and was 0-2 at States.
Lauren Mahon, 8th-grader, Corning:
Mahon was 22-8 on the season, with 16 pins and four technical falls.
She was second at STACs, fourth at the Section IV Championships.

Gianna Rylott, 8th-grader, Waverly:
Rylott finished the season with a 16-7 record, and placed second at the
Section IV Championships. Rylott had nine pins, and two technical
falls.
Memphis Paul, freshman, Athens: Paul finished the
season with a 20-11 record, and finished third at the District 4
Championships. She scored 18 pins on the season.
Devin Price, 8th-grader, Corning:
Price was 21-7 on the season, with 15 pins and five technical falls..
She won a STAC title, and sixth at the Section IV Championships.
Coraline Vanskiver, freshman, Corning:
Vanskiver was 18-8 on the season, with 16 pins and two technical falls.
She finished second at STACs, and fourth at the Section IV
Championships.
Alivia Spicer, freshman, Towanda: Spicer was 19-12 on the season with 12 pins and one technical fall.
Alyssa Rinebold, freshman, Athens: Rinebold was 18-13 on the season, with 17 pins. She placed fourth at the District 4 Championships.
Gianna Zieniuk, 8th-grader, Waverly:
Zieniuk was 18-13 on the season, with 12 pins and one technical fall.
She placed fourth at the STAC Championships and fourth at the Section IV
Championships.
Lylah Bride, sophomore, Towanda: Bride was 17-15 on the season with 10 pins. She placed fourth at the District 4 Championships.
Shaylynn Morris, senior, Towanda: Morris was 14-12 on the season with eight pins. She placed fourth at the District 4 Championships.
