OWEGO - Despite a pair of well contested match-ups, Owego tennis fell to Susquehanna Valley on Friday, 7-0 at home.

SV's Mitchell Latini topped Sam Beyer in the first singles match, 6-3, 6-3. 

Owego's DJ Cardone dropped a hard fought, first set tie-breaker in second singles action, ultimately falling to Palmer Gendron, 7-6, 6-4.

The Sabers' Xander Remza and Drew Burkhardt defeated OFA's Scott Reigle and Tanner Hayes in doubles competition, 6-1, 6-1. SV picked up wins via forfeits in third and fourth singles, as well as second and third doubles.

OFA tennis takes the courts again, April 14th at Windsor.
