COLLEGE GOLF: CANDOR GRAD BROCK STARTS SPRING SEASON WITH TOP-20 FINISH (2025-03-16)

Taylor Brock, a sophomore on the SUNY Delhi men's golf team, kicked off the spring season this week with a top-20 finish here at the Shenadoah University Invite.
Brock was second on his team, and 20th overall with a two-round score of 160 on the 6,655-yard, par-70 Heritage Harbor Course.
In Round 1 Monday, Brock shot a 44 on the par-36 front nine, and followed it up with a 36, including a birdie on the 233-yard, par-3 10th hole, on the back nine.
On Tuesday, Taylor shot a 44 on the front nine, including a birdie on the 157-yard, par-3 fourth hole. He shot a 2-over par 36 on the back nine, including a birdie on the 525-yard, par-5 13th hole.
Delhi finished fifth in the nine-team field at 99-over par. Concordia (Texas) won the event at 52-over.
Delhi returns to action March 29-30 at the McDaniel Spring Invitational at The Bridges Golf Club in Abbottstown, Pa.
