VOLLEYBALL
Class B Regional Final

Owego (16-2) vs. Ardsley (18-2), at John Jay-Cross River, 4 p.m.
The Indians have won three Class B state titles in the past five years and are hoping to go back-to-back for the first time. To do that they have to get past the Panthers, who knocked off top-seeded Pearl River in the Section I championship match and come in riding a 16-match win streak.

Ardsley boasts highly-touted sophomore hitter Rory McNerney.

Owego battled past nemesis Windsor in five sets to win Class B honors, then turned away Section IX champion Red Hook in the regional semis. The Indians are led by all-state senior setter Grace Thomas.
