Tioga County Sports Report
TIOGA COUNTY — A new IAC Small School volleyball champion will be crowned this evening when Candor hosts Moravia. The undefeated Indians (16-0) are hosting Moravia, which comes in sporting a 7-7 record.

The varsity championship will follow the JV title match, which features Tioga (16-0) defending its title against Union Springs (14-0). That match a best-of-three, begins at 5 p.m.

Also on the volleyball docket is the IAC Large School championship at Waverly. The Wolverines face Trumansburg in the varsity match. T-burg’s JV team is also playing for a title, facing Edison.

FOOTBALL
SVEC (3-5) at Windsor (2-6), 6 p.m.:
The Class C Eagles are coming off a 27-13 victory against Chenango Valley. The Class B Black Knights, who edged out CV, 42-36, in Week 6, is coming off a 32-27 loss to Oneonta.
