TIOGA COUNTY — It’s a very light day, but there is one event featuring two Tioga County teams squaring off against one another.

Candor heads to Newark Valley for an IAC non-divisional baseball game.

The Indians are 1-2 and trail unbeaten Newfield (3-0) and Marathon (3-1) in Division 1.

NV is 4-2 in Division 3 and leads Waverly, Dryden and Notre Dame by a half-game. Those teams are 3-2.

First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
