"Newcomer of the Year" honor, which went to 7th-grader Rachel Houseknecht.
A junior, Plouse was second in the IAC with a 182 average. She also logged the high series (735) and high game (275) in the league and finished fourth at the IAC championships with a 534 series.
Plouse went on to place seventh at the Class C tournament with a 555 series and was 19th at the state qualifier with a 9-game score of 1615.
Houseknecht posted a 145 average, ranking her eighth among all Tioga County girls. She posted a high series of 562 and a high game of 237 this season.
